Membership Interest Information

We are happy that you are interested in becoming one of the Elite Ladies of Theta Zeta Epsilon Sorority, Inc.  You may use this form as a way for you to apply for membership.  To insure that your application is processed, the form must be completed in its entirety.  If you should have any question, you may click here to go to frequently asked questions.  Also, we encourage all that apply, to please make sure you meet the requirements to become an Elite Lady by clicking here.  The registration processing fee is used to vet all potential members to ensure that every member is qualified to walk as an ELITE LADY.
