Spring 2025 Membership Interest Information

We are happy that you are interested in becoming one of the Elite Ladies of Theta Zeta Epsilon Sorority, Inc.  You may apply for membership using this form.  To insure that your application is properly processed, the form must be completed in its entirety.  If you should have any question, you may click here to go to frequently asked questions.  Also, we encourage all that apply, to please make sure you meet the requirements to become an Elite Lady by clicking here.  The registration processing fee is used to vet all potential members to ensure that every member is qualified to walk as an ELITE LADY.  Please note that there is a yearly membership fee that can be found by clicking here
